How do I log in to the website?
Angel Publishing allow all subscribers to choose their own unique password to log in to the website. After you purchase a subscription you will receive a confirmation email with your chosen password within a few hours.
This password is case-sensitive so make sure you enter the password exactly as they appear at the bottom of your welcome email. If your password isn't being accepted, we recommend copying and pasting it to ensure accuracy.

The website tells me I do not have cookies enabled.

Can I speak to the editor about a certain question or concern that I have?
We love receiving customer feedback and questions regarding our services. Any comments or questions should be sent to our Customer Service department at customerservice@angelpub.com so that they can be forwarded to the appropriate editor for further handling.

Where can I find the reports I was promised when I joined?
The reports are available on the website. Simply log in and choose the publication you joined, and the reports will be listed in the members area.
When will I receive my first issue?
It depends, but you should receive your first message within a week. Since our editors will send out updates and recommendations as soon as they become available, recent email alerts are usually received about one week after your subscription order is processed.
It is recommended that you sign on to the appropriate website to read the most recent updates so you are immediately caught up to speed with your subscription.
Will I be notified when my subscription has ended?
Yes, renewal notifications are sent via email.
Do all of Angel Publishing's subscriptions have an auto-renew option?
Yes, all subscriptions can be placed on automatic renewal with a valid credit card. Auto-renewal rates are typically discounted from normal subscription rates.

I live outside the United States. Can I still subscribe?
We have many, many international subscribers. If you do have concerns about trading overseas, we recommend discussing the situation with your broker to ensure satisfaction.
How much money should I invest?
Due to Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, we are prohibited from providing and information that may be construed as personal investment advice. You should consult with your broker about any decisions related to your investments.
